Anne McBride
Anne
McBride has over thirty years of sales and sales
management experience. As a vice-president of sales for a
Fortune 100 Company she managed a sales organization of over 600 sales
representatives and sales managers responsible for over $2 Billion in sales
revenues.
Her
experience encompasses all phases of the sales process, recruiting, training,
coaching, supervising and designing incentive compensation for a diverse sales
force.
Anne’s area
of special interest is in servant leadership
that she has successfully role modeled and trained and which she has proved to
have sustainable superior results.
She is a
powerful and motivating speaker drawing upon
her undergraduate training with a Bachelors Degree in Dramatic Arts from the
University of California at Berkeley. Anne also has a Masters of Business
Administration (MBA) degree. She welcomes speaking opportunities
particularly in the area of management development.
Gordon
Bennett
Gordon
Bennett’s thirty plus years of business and
management experience includes founding, growing and managing a
nationwide educational publishing company, serving on the trust management
committee of a multi-billion dollar international bank, consulting (as a senior
manager) with one of the world’s leading management consulting firms,
independent consulting mainly to small businesses and community banks in the
areas of strategic and marketing planning, sales and sales management, incentive
compensation design, financial and credit analysis and customer service.
Since
earning his MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California Gordon has
combined his practical business experience with his education as an
Adjunct Professor in numerous MBA programs.
He is the
author of Give Yourself a Raise: How
to have — more money — less stress — financial freedom described more
fully elsewhere in the
publishing
section. He also designed a course in understanding business finance and
financial statements for the non-finance manager. In addition, he has
created a number of interactive courses in customer
service and other business areas.
